Build Your Tomorrow

This immersive program will introduce you to the overarching principles of engineering, including the design thinking process and how it, along with other key concepts, can be applied across a variety of engineering disciplines. Over eight incredible days, you and fellow high school students will explore your passions while being exposed to the vast array of engineering professions. You will also apply your newfound skills to assist with achieving some of the Sustainable Development Goals set forth by the United Nations.

Ideate. Innovate. Demonstrate.

NYLF Engineering is a great way to explore engineering careers and get a clear vision of your future

At this eight-day program, you will learn why the core principles of engineering and problem solving are critical to innovation and success. You will receive invaluable information from industry experts and experience engineering careers through site visits, tours, and simulations. Applying your engineering skills and creativity, you will also work to solve real-world problems during the program-long Capstone Impact Challenge.

At NYLF Engineering, you will gain hands-on experience and be surrounded by other highly motivated students who share your passion, while strengthening the time management, information analysis, public speaking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that are critical for success in college and beyond.
